We have partnered with Identity Theft 911®, America’s leader in identity theft resolution, to provide our customers with free access to identity theft victim resolution and education. If you discover that your identity has been stolen or compromised, a fraud specialist from Identity Theft 911 will work with you one-on-one to resolve your crisis quickly and restore your good name.

Expert Assistance, Free—Whenever You Need It
As a California Casualty customer, you and everyone in your household has automatic and immediate access to this important service. There is no need to register or provide us with more information—expert assistance is simply available, in case you need it.

California Casualty’s Identity Theft Resolution Service*

California Casualty's program has three components to help you in a range of different identity-compromising situations, from cases of actual identity theft to situations that leave your identity vulnerable to fraud.

Identity Theft Resolution Assistance
In case you become a victim of identity theft, account takeover or need assistance handling suspicious activity in your accounts.
  • A fraud specialist is assigned as your personal advocate to work with you one-on-one through the entire resolution process .
  • Unlimited access to your personal advocate via a toll-free number.
  • Systematic notification to all appropriate agencies and organizations.
  • Direct assistance with all documentation and report filings, including police reports and fraud victim affidavits.
  • A 3-in-1 credit report and one year of credit monitoring.
  • Fraud alert placement and a full year of fraud monitoring in more than 1,000 databases.
  • Guidance and support for victims of purse and wallet theft.

Identity Document Recovery Assistance
For victims who have lost identification, legal or financial documents in a disaster such as a fire or flood.

  • Immediate emergency assistance with identity authentication and access to financial institutions and records.
  • Assistance replacing or restoring critical and identity-sensitive documents.

Identity Travel Assistance
For victims whose identification or financial documents have been lost or stolen while they’re traveling.

  • Immediate emergency assistance with government agencies and embassies, as well as travel arrangements to get you home safely.
  • Assistance restoring documents such as passport, driver’s license and credit cards, as well as notifications and documentation to relevant agencies.
